Our Freightlink PAY service is now available for new and existing customers (in 10 different languages) who wish to make bookings with our customer service team.
The new service allows first-time Freightlink customers to make safe, secure online payments and existing Freightlink customers to pay for any amendments or additional services. This is particularly useful for existing customers if we do not already have your card details or you choose to use an alternative method of card payment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After speaking to our customer service team, you will be provided with (over the phone or by email) a unique code, which is linked to your booking or amendments. You can then visit our Freightlink PAY portal and use this code to unlock your booking and make payment by debit or credit card.
Once payment has been made, you're good to go!
