We are seeing an alarming number of vans presenting at this time for the VP service carrying Dangerous Goods.

WE ARE UNABLE TO CARRY ANY DANGEROUS GOODS VIA THE EUROTUNNEL VP SERVICE.

Any vehicle found to be carrying Dangerous Goods is rejected and escorted from our terminal. 

To clarify, the clauses to are:

• 2.3 Single tractors and Dangerous Goods, even in limited quantity (as defined in the ADR Regulations), are NOT permitted on Passenger Shuttles.
• 2.7 Any refusal of Carriage by Eurotunnel of the Commercial Van Operator shall not give rise to any entitlement to reimbursement or compensation.

No refunds or amendments are available for customers who attempt to carry Dangerous Goods on the Eurotunnel VP service.
