Hereby updated information regarding the conditions that apply for anyone who travels to Italy from Greece from 16.05 to 30.07.2021 according to the Ordinance of May 14 of the Italian Minister of Health:
It is mandatory for all passengers wishing to enter Italy to fill in the "Self-Declaration form in case of entry into Italy from abroad" which from 24.05.2021 will be submitted electronically through the Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) available at https://app.euplf.eu/#/ and according to relevant instructions.
Must have a negative result of molecular test or test of COVID-19 antigens, by the method of smear, which must have been carried out within 48 hours before the intended entry into Italian territory. Children under the age of two are exempted from carrying out the molecular or antigen test. Must inform the competent local Health Authority of his entry into Italy and present the negative COVID-19 test.
Only in case of non-presentation of the above-mentioned test result (in Italian or English), a preventive self-restriction is required (10-day quarantine) and after the end of the 10-day preventive self-restriction, it is necessary to take a molecular test (PCR) or antigen test.
Provided that there are no symptoms of COVID-19, the measures described above do not apply to:
whoever enters Italy for a period of less than 120 hours for proven reasons of work, health or urgency, with the obligation, at the end of the above period, to leave Italian territory immediately or, if this is not possible, to enter a period of monitoring or preventive self-restriction.
whoever transits, by his own means, through the Italian territory for a period of up to 36 hours, with the obligation, at the end of the above period, to leave the Italian territory immediately or, if this is not possible, to enter a period of monitoring or preventive self-restriction.
