You are aware, that all passengers entering Malta, including drivers of commercial vehicles, are required to fill in a Passenger Locator Form (PLF).
To date, passengers and drivers, have had the option of submitting their PLF online, or, using a paper printout version of the form, which we used to provide to the drivers upon boarding in Pozzallo on their way to Malta.
However as from the 16th of August 2021, passengers and drivers, will only be allowed to submit their passenger locator form (PLF) via the online EU-dPLF platform which can be accessed at - https://app.euplf.eu/#/.
They can then present the already submitted PLF with the QR code on arrival in digital format, or as a print-out.
Blank paper printout copies of the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) will no longer be distributed onboard, and will not be accepted at check-in or on arrival in Malta.
Queries related to filling in of the PLF can be addressed to dplfqueries@gov.mt or calling 111 or +356 21324086 from a foreign number.
Technical/platform queries can be addressed to eudplf@healthygateways.eu.
Please be guided accordingly.
