Booking process

For shipment of hazardous goods, the details must be pre-advised 24 hours in advance.

Check- in process

Check-in must be completed adhering to the following close down times.

Calais 23:59 hrs departure

Non-hazardous:    Fully checked – in and customs ready by:   20:30 hrs

Hazardous:           Fully Checked – in and customs ready by:  18:30 hrs

Sheerness 11:00 hrs departure

Non-hazardous:    Fully checked – in and customs ready by:   09:00 hrs

Hazardous:           Fully Checked – in and customs ready by:  07:00 hrs

Drivers should enter the port via DFDS freight check-in booths.
